1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of FormatFix (PDF, image, and CSV tools) and paid Pro and Annual subscriptions.
2. Services
FormatFix provides online file processing tools. Free users have a daily usage limit. Pro and Annual users receive extended features without daily limits.
3. Pricing & payment
Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation
Pro and Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the billing period.
5. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. Files are processed in the browser — you are responsible for backing up your original files.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the tools for illegal content or automated mass scraping. We may suspend access in case of abuse.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the provider's registered address.
